Pricing
Our service pricing is based on a per square foot under roof formula. The square footage of our home plans are calculated by measuring from the outside face of the exterior framed walls. The square footage counted includes Covered Decks, Covered Porches, Basements and Garages. No charge is added for Attic areas, Open Decks or Patios. There are no hidden fees or charges.
